My 5 Faves Of The Month: July

How are we already halfway through summer?! July has been an absolute banger. BBQs, little getaways and basically trying to stay cool on public transport, whilst carrying my kit and still looking put together (um hello, handheld fans!). This month’s faves are all about bringing that bit of sunshine to your space - even when the sun isn’t shining! So, grab an ice lolly and let’s dive into my top 5 faves from July beauty, fashion and home.

Beauty

I feel like there’s so many amazing beauty bits out at the moment?! Honestly it was hard to narrow it down to my top five this month!

Rum | Wrap Party Tubing Mascara

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know my love affair with blue mascara has been going on for years and this is a good one! If you want long, separated lashes that stay curled through the heat, this is your girl. Created by three beauty powerhouses, Sali Hughes, Sam Chapman and Jo Jones, this tubing mascara does not budge. Also, £1 from every RUM mascara sold goes to Beauty Banks, supporting people in hygiene poverty.

I am so happy that GHD have made this mega Chronos Curve. It gives a bouncy blow-dry effect and is my absolute go-to at the moment.

The Skin Rocks team have done it again. This sell-out serum brings real results. If you have pigmentation, you need this! Check out the before and afters on their website. It’s like magic in a bottle. It’s also packed with actives but still gentle enough for daily use. Obsessed.

A full summer face in one palette. The bronzer gives that sunkissed warmth, the blush adds life, and the highlight is the perfect golden glow. Whether you’re heading to brunch or beach club, this is an amazing pallet for your suitcase!

Luxury? Yes. But honestly worth every penny. This brush glides through my thick, knotty locks with ease. from Hagrid to happy hair in minutes.

Home

Homeware finds that give me so much joy! You know I’m a sucker for a joyful table and quirky details, and this month’s home picks are full of colour, personality, and pieces that’ll make your guests say, “where’s that from?”

Lucie De Moyecourt | Pitcher

Is it dramatic to say this is more than just a jug… this is art for your kitchen! Use it for water, flowers or even utensils. It brings a splash of sunshine to every table. Anthropologie Home always doing bits!

The swirls!!! The colours!!! It’s like a grown-up lava lamp in vase form.

Rixo’s prints are unmatched. Sunshine in textile form. It makes me smile every time I look at it. If you love a bold print and a retro vibe, you’ll adore this.

Mediterranean summer vibes on a plate. Literally. I bought these for my friend Jayce’s birthday as she is the queen of seafood. She bloody loved them. How could you not?

It’s giving Amalfi Coast. This statement platter is the perfect centrepiece for grazing boards or summer desserts. It’s bold, beautiful and one of a kind.

Fashion

Whether it’s rooftop drinks or weekends at home, these are the pieces I’ve been living in this month…

Pickle Project | Pickle Socks

I don’t think I need to explain these to you guys. Pickles + socks. What’s not to love?!

The comfiest pants ever. And they are made from trees! Seriously! They’re breathable, stretchy and come in the best prints and shades. Once you try them, you won’t go back. Trust me.

ASOS have collaborated with Adidas Originals and I had to get this shirt. Effortless and oversized in all the right ways. I throw this on over a bikini, with white jeans, or just with cycling shorts. So versatile, so good.

The ultimate throw-on dress. Lightweight, flattering and can be styled up or down in seconds. Bold earrings and a red lip for evening, or wear barefoot on the beach. She’s THAT girl.

Serving 90s energy in the best possible way. These sunnies are super lightweight, super flattering and instantly elevate any look. I feel cooler just putting them on.

And that’s a wrap on July’s faves! Whether you’re looking to switch up your summer routine or just treat yourself to something that sparks joy. I hope you’ve found something you love in this little round-up. Let me know what you’ve been loving this month because, GIRL you know I’m always on the hunt for new gems.

Love,

Lisa xx
